Our accommodation is SNF certified. This quality mark confirms that our properties meet the standards for safe and hygienic accommodation for migrant workers. We see these standards as a minimum requirement and continuously invest in extra living comfort, good facilities and a pleasant atmosphere. All our properties are clean, well maintained and furnished to high standards that contribute to the well-being of the residents.
We are also careful when it comes to permits. Every location has the necessary documents and, where necessary, we consult with local authorities. Cooperation with local authorities is pleasant: we maintain good, long-term relationships with many local authorities. We actively involve them in our plans and ensure careful integration into the environment.
