When we started as Mployment Housing, we focused primarily on housing international workers. We continue to do so – with love and craftsmanship. But we have since grown into a serious housing provider for a much broader target group: from expats to athletes, from divorced people to first-time buyers, from property owners to partners in the real estate sector.

Our new name, Tulip Housing, better reflects that growth and our identity.
Tulips represent diversity – just like us. They come in all shapes and colours, and together they form a powerful, colourful whole.
Tulips grow – just like our organisation and the people we house.
And perhaps most importantly, tulips make people happy. That is exactly what we want to achieve with our way of working: to make a positive impact on someone’s life with something as basic and important as a good roof over their head.

Tulip Housing’s roots lie in Lisse – the tulip capital of the Netherlands – but our mission extends further.
With this new name, we remain true to our core values: reliable, helpful and fair housing, without hassle.
